FirstService Energy 360° is the subscription based, full-service energy management offering at FirstService Energy. By subscribing, clients have access to a catalog of services at no additional individual cost. The annual subscription to FirstService Energy 360° includes services such as benchmarking, annual utility budgets, a custom report set up, and ongoing consulting to optimize energy procurement and cost management with a full suite of advisors dedicated to your community.

Procurement

Our procurement specialists determine the best pricing solution by considering our client’s energy usage, risk tolerance, and long-term and short-term goals. 

Compliance

Complying with local regulations to benchmark energy and water use is critical to improving a property’s energy efficiency and reducing the risk of potential fines. FirstService Energy analyzes and verifies property data to ensure compliance.

Utility Data

FirstService Energy's utility data analysis and reporting service combines on-site mechanical system diagnostics, historical energy usage analysis, weather normalization, building typology analysis, and rates modeling. Analyzing this range of data allows properties to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.

Utility Budgets

Our experts create customized budgets for your community, backed by research and industry expertise. The final deliverable includes three potential outcomes: the projected budget, the best-case scenario, and the worst-case scenario. Our process includes research on utility tariffs for commodities including electricity, natural gas, oil, water, and steam and reviewing utility bills from up to three years prior to avoid single year historical errors.
